Over the years, I've discovered something that changed the way I lead and serve.
Real transformation rarely comes from another strategy, framework, or checklist. It happens when women have the space to think clearly, speak honestly, challenge one another with compassion, and reconnect with who they already are.
This is why I created SWEA.
Every detail of these experiences has been intentionally designed to create that kind of environment. My role isn't to have all the answers. It's to hold the space where meaningful conversations unfold, fresh perspectives emerge, and extraordinary women inspire one another to create their next chapter.
SWEA is one part of a larger leadership ecosystem I've intentionally built over many years. Whether through executive advisory work, speaking, or private leadership experiences, my work has always centered on helping women create meaningful, lasting change.
