I understand that my growth in this program will be a direct result of my commitment to attending classes, taking action and applying what I learn.

If paying monthly installments, I agree to remit payments via pre-authorized automatic credit or debit card which will be charged every month on the same date as the first payment and will continue for two months.

I understand that my accelerator coaching program requires my full commitment and does not include an “opt-out” clause, payments are not refundable.

I understand that 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a private session. If I do not provide 24 hour notice, I will forfeit the session.
