The LHI Leadership Lab is a 4-week, live leadership experience designed to help executives and senior leaders examine how their leadership behaviors, decisions, and communication shape culture every day—and make intentional shifts that create sustainable performance (and reduce their level of stress).

This is not a motivational program.
It’s a grounded, strategic space to translate insight into real leadership application and practice.

How the Lab is Structured:

  • Format: Weekly live sessions (60–90 minutes)
  • Experience: Interactive, reflective, application-focused
  • Weekly Replay: This is intended for live sessions. We know schedules can be shuffled, we will provide weekly session replays. Attending live brings you the best benefits and results.

Hi I'm Lori,
